We have established an Angel Policy for you to follow when you are working with our copyrighted designs. This policy is to protect all parties so that crafters can make and sell their cards / craft items and we, as a business, can protect our copyrighted designs.
We are very happy for creators to sell their handmade products utilising our designs and there is no limit to the number of handmade items sold for profit or for charity, provided they adhere to this policy.
- All Bella Tapp Designs products, designs and images are subject to protection by international copyright laws. This means that they cannot be copied, duplicated, altered or reproduced by any means including, without limitation, photocopying, computer scanning, printing, using overhead or opaque projectors, or posted on the Internet.
- Handmade items utilising Bella Tapp Designs images / designs may be sold at permanent retail locations as well as temporary craft events, community fundraisers and over the internet.
- Mass or Assembly line construction, production by workers for hire or by other means of items, using Bella Tapp Designs images / designs, is strictly prohibited.
- The designs may not be materially altered in any form by any means including graphic, electronic, digital, mechanical or photocopying.
- Digital files of any kind containing images must not be sold – or printed and sold, whether alone or part of a wider design.
- Under no circumstances may any item, design or product, produced by Bella Tapp Designs, be used in a manner which may be considered harmful to the company or brand, or bring the licence and any third party into disrepute.
- Please ensure there is no claim that your craftwork / artwork is created or endorsed by Bella Tapp Designs Limited in any way; nor that there is any breach in copyright.
- You may not use Bella Tapp Designs Limited images or designs for the purpose of creating logos or company trademarks.
If Bella Tapp Designs Limited delays in taking steps against you in respect of your breach of this Angel Policy, we will still be entitled to our rights and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
Bella Tapp Designs Limited may modify this policy as required from time to time.
This Angel Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
